Our sessions begin with a discussion where we explore your health and wellness goals. Together, we’ll identify any lifestyle factors that could be supporting—or hindering—those goals. This is where we get clear on the big picture and start aligning your daily habits with your desired outcomes.

Whether we’re addressing physical movement, stress management, or nutrition, our sessions are designed to be fully tailored to you. I’ll guide you to create a balanced plan, incorporating exercises and wellness strategies that fit your life. We’ll also assess your posture and create a program that’s specific to your needs, incorporating equipment like the Pilates Reformer, Elliptical Machine, and free weights.

3.    Building Awareness & Transforming Habits

I’ll help you uncover any mental or emotional blocks that may be affecting your physical health. Through our work together, we’ll explore how stress, mindset, and lifestyle habits are interconnected. This helps you create healthier habits and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness so that positive change comes naturally.

4.    Releasing Tension & Restoring Alignment

Whether it’s physical tension, emotional stress, or energy blockages, I’ll help you release what’s no longer serving you. This can include myofascial release, mindful movement, or breathwork to restore balance and support your body’s natural healing processes. My goal is to help you feel at ease and aligned in both body and mind.
