Health Coaching & Personal Training

💲65/1-Hour Session

These services have been combined, because I’ve found that clients typically prefer to include both in their program. However, they can be customized to include one or the other according to your preferences.

As we begin and I get to know you better, I’ll provide helpful direction and guidance as needed.

Each session itself involves a discussion centered around your health and wellness goals. Together, we then identify factors in your lifestyle that will reinforce those goals. We then follow that up with a postural alignment assessment and create a balanced exercise program utilizing various equipment in the office (such as, the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair, the Elliptical Machine, and/or Free Weights.)

According to then what I see, you’ll be given programs for home-use based on the exercise tools you have access to.

These sessions are organically “whole,” meaning we may talk about stress management, the food on your plate, other forms of exercises, mindfulness, etc.

This is an investment into your well-being, and I take this seriously in honor of you, your health, your time and money.

I hold a private, professional and genuine space for you to explore opportunities of awareness and the potential to change what you feel is appropriate and aligned with your overall well-being.

Myofascial Release

💲65/1-Hour Session

These sessions are for clients who are in pain, out of alignment, not feeling well from chronic inflammation and other health factors or are overwhelmed with stress.

Connective tissue, also known as fascia, can become restricted due to several factors including trauma, inactivity, overuse – often resulting in pain, muscle tension, and diminished blood flow in and around these areas.

This hands-on session can alleviate pain, channel clarity and calm the nervous system for total relaxation.

Mat Pilates Class
Beginner/Intermediate
Mondays @ 1:00 PM
$15/1-Hour Class

  • Safe and effective range of motion throughout joints with a full body workout.
  • Principles of stability and mobility discussed through exercises.
  • Movement is complimented by the breath, thus creating mindfulness.
  • We may use small tools such as balls, small weights, flex-band, foam roller, and the Pilates ring.

Yoga/Pilates Mix Class
Beginner/Intermediate
Wednesdays @ 9:00 AM
$15/1-Hour Class

  • A blend of Hatha Yoga postures with Pilates principles.
  • Flexibility, stabilization and balance are practiced.
  • Movement is complimented by the breath, thus creating mindfulness.
  • Meditation to close the practice.
  • We may use yoga blocks, straps and other tools as well.
