I\u2019m a proud graduate and loyal Cardinal fan of The University of Louisville, where I obtained a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sport Administration<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p>

With 20+ years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA)<\/b> working in various gyms and fitness studios (in both Kentucky and Ohio), I\u2019ve worked with a wide range of clients – including adolescents and adults with a broad range of physical needs.<\/p>

In addition, I\u2019m a Pilates instructor with training through Stott Pilates <\/b>and Balanced Body<\/b> where I received specialized training in the following areas and equipment: Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, and many other various Pilates equipment.
I\u2019m also a 200-hour Yoga Certified Instructor<\/b> through Yoga Alliance<\/b>, and a fully Certified Health Coach<\/b> through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN)<\/b>.<\/p>

And, lastly, I\u2019ve also received extensive training in the technique of Myofascial Release (John Barnes method)<\/b> through my incredible friend and business partner, Jocelyn Metzger. I\u2019ve always admired her work and the transformative effects that Myofascial Release has on the body in the areas of pain, discomfort, inflammation<\/b> and misalignment<\/b>. Once combined with all of my other training, skillsets and experience, it was at this point that my ability to address all aspects of wellness in one\u2019s health truly came full circle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

So I listen to stories. Those you tell, but also those your energy speaks. I\u2019ve always had this gift, but spent a long time denying it. Then, my higher self forced a huge wake-up call.
